TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices are for full day hire from 9am to 5pm (negotiable). A deposit will be required at point of booking to secure your date. NO DEPOSIT = NO BOOKING. We also require a $50 bond which will be refunded when the hire equipment has been returned in good working order.

Castles are not permitted to operate in high winds or heavy rain.
If your booking needs to be cancelled due to weather, we will happily provide a full refund.

Yes, we can deliver for a small travel fee which is calculated at $3 per km from our base to your address.
Alternatively, pick up/drop off is from our Whitianga location.
